Why a low centerpiece
A dining-table bouquet should stay below eye level so guests can see each other across the table. Medium bouquets, wider than they are tall, fill the centre without blocking the view.
Best materials
Preserved roses and hydrangeas keep soft, real petals; dried grasses and seed pods add texture. Every bouquet lists its measured length and width, so you can check it against your table.
Care tips
No water and no trimming. Keep the bouquet out of strong direct sun and away from steam, and dust it now and then with a soft brush or a hair dryer on the cool setting.
