AI designs; real florists make it
Our AI composes a bouquet from our real, in-stock preserved, dried and real-touch (faux) flowers and vases — matched to your taste, space and budget. A real florist then handcrafts your arrangement by hand. AI does the design; people make the product.
Preview images are AI-generated
The design previews you see are generated by AI (using OpenAI's image models) and are marked as artificially generated in their file metadata. They are visual references — your finished arrangement is handmade and may vary naturally in the way of anything made by hand.
You approve a real photo before we ship
Before your order leaves our studio, we photograph your actual finished arrangement and send it to you for approval. Nothing ships until you're happy. This is how we make sure the real thing matches the design you chose.
Real materials, real inventory
Every arrangement is built from flowers we actually stock — 560+ preserved, dried and real-touch varieties and a curated range of vases, each with its own real reference photo. The AI can only choose from what's real and in stock.
What AI does not do
AI does not set final prices without review, make delivery-date promises, or handle refunds and disputes — those are decided by our team against clear policies. AI-written copy is checked before it's published.
